this one is the first of a series of four illustrations I'm to make for an exhibition. the theme is "medieval fantasy" - oh really?

in that little square there it reads

"a caçada"
espinho de marfim se escondeu
entre os ramos do verde bosque
o primeiro errou
o segundo mirou
o terceiro, rosa de sangue
deu à dama no verde bosque

"the hunting"
ivory thorn hides
among the branches of the woods of green
the first one missed
the second one aimed
the third one a rose of blood
gave to the lady in the woods of green


yea, just a little poem I wrote. but maybe you already know that fairytale.
(I hope. if not, I've made it up and thought I read somewhere. oh my.)
